Scientology Structure

The Religious Technology Center (RTC) has control over the usage of the trademarks and "Advanced Technology," but only with CST's continued blessing. 

Although the Church of Scientology International (CSI) has management authority over the lower Scientology organizations, CSI is strictly "middle management," and is utterly powerless without the use of the copyrighted works and the trademarks.
